90-Day Warranty
Your jewelry is covered for 90 days from the date of purchase in case of tarnishing or breakage under normal wear. If something isn’t holding up the way it should, we’ve got you.
How It Works
Send us a message with your order info and a quick note (photos help too!) about what’s going on. Once we confirm, we’ll walk you through the return.
Shipping Back to Us
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable method like USPS Ground or UPS Ground—just to make sure your piece gets back to us safely.
Refunds + Replacements
Once we receive your item, we’ll take care of the rest. You can choose a refund or a replacement. Processing takes about 7–14 business days from the date your return arrives.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
